This tasty Brennans Bagel pizza is a quick and easy fix for an afternoon snack, or even lunch or light dinner. Get creative with the toppings and let everyone in the family make their own.
Ingredients
1 Brennan's Plain Bagel, sliced
2 to 4 tablespoons passata
3 thin slices ham or salami
2 to 3 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 yellow or green pepper, chopped
55g grated mozzarella cheese
Methods
Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
Lay bagel cut side up on a baking tray. Spread with passata, making sure to cover evenly. Top with ham or salami, mushrooms, peppers and cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has started to melt nicely.
