Sweet Chili Chicken, Cucumber and Chopped Red Peppers
2 x slices white bread
2 x teaspoons low fat butter
2 x slices of chicken
2 x teaspoons sweet chili sauce
6 slices of raw cucumber
2 x chopped raw red bell peppers rings
1 x fromage frais
1 x Flapjack
