Welcome to Brennans Dough It Yourself
This year’s Brennans Dough It Yourself – The Great Bread Challenge brought together six finalist schools from across Northern Ireland for a celebratory day at W5 in Belfast.
Selected from over 100 entries, each school showcased creativity and a strong commitment to reducing food waste through their original recipes. The event focused on recognising their achievements, with all six schools receiving a £1,000 prize, along with trophies, certificates and a fun-filled day of activities.
