It was over fifty years ago that Old Mr Brennan baked his first loaf of Brennans Bread in a small single room bakery in Fumbally Lane, Dublin. We are now the largest bakery in Ireland, delivering “Today’s bread Today” nationwide every morning. It is still very much a family affair, with Old Mr Brennan’s family still overseeing the recipes, baking skills and values of Respect, Passion, Excellence and Freedom that he created.
