It was over fifty years ago that Old Mr Brennan baked his first loaf of Brennans Bread in a small single room bakery in Fumbally Lane, Dublin. We are now the largest bakery in Ireland, delivering “Today’s bread Today” nationwide every morning. It is still very much a family affair, with Old Mr Brennan’s family still overseeing the recipes, baking skills and values of Respect, Passion, Excellence and Freedom that he created.

Maintenance Technician

We are recruiting a Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. This exciting and diverse role provides maintenance support within our leading high volume food production environment.

  • Work available between Sunday to Saturday - 5 Days/Over 7 Days
  • Full Time - 39 Hour Week
  • Starting pay scale of €14.86 (including allowances and Sunday rate). Total rate will move to €15.52 after 6 months and €17.47 after 12 months (includes all allowances)
