Welcome to Brennans Dough It Yourself

Four schools went head-to-head at Belfast’s W5, turning leftover bread into fantastic, creative dishes for the 2024/25 Dough it Yourself Challenge.

From sweet to savoury, the judges were buttered up by the creativity of the pupils who took part. A brilliant showcase of teamwork, imagination, and food sustainability!
