Brekkie Toast

This is a snack and half!

Press a glass in the centre of Brennans Family Pan (like a cookie cutter) to cut out the inside to make a hole for the egg. In a frying pan toast the bread until golden brown, flip it over and break an egg into its centre. Fry egg until it is done to your liking. Toast a second piece of bread and top that with grilled bacon, black pudding and sausages. Complete the sandwich by placing your fried egg toast on top.

The original toastie! Make a ham and cheese sandwich (with a cheese of your choice). Butter the outside of the bread. On a medium heat, fry the bread in a frying pan until nice and golden.
