Brennans Bacon Roll Ups

What a treat!

Cut crusts off Brennans Family Pan and press it flat with your hand. Put sliced cheese on top, roll it and then wrap streaky bacon around it. Secure on both ends with cocktail sticks. Brush with oil and bake in 220 oven for 25 – 30 minutes until gold brown. Serve with sweet chili sauce or ketchup.
