Brennans French Toast

This yolk is yer only man in the morning!

Make the egg batter by whisking 2 eggs and a drop of cream together.

Soak Brennans Family Pan in the batter before frying. Fry the bread on a medium heat with a knob of butter in the pan.

Serve with maple syrup, blueberries and whipped cream or mascarpone.
