French Toast with Bacon

French Toast made even better!

Make the egg batter by whisking 2 eggs and a drop of cream together.

Fry some thin pieces of bacon till crispy and put aside.

Soak Brennans Family Pan in the batter before frying. Fry the bread on a medium heat with a knob of butter in the pan.

Then add the bacon on top with maple syrup.

The original toastie! Make a ham and cheese sandwich (with a cheese of your choice). Butter the outside of the bread. On a medium heat, fry the bread in a frying pan until nice and golden.
